DESKi Launches HeartFocus Link, AI Cardiac Imaging Solution for Hospital Ultrasound Systems

DESKi has introduced HeartFocus Link, an AI-guided cardiac imaging product that connects to any cart-based ultrasound system via tablet and HDMI. This FDA-cleared software, previously exclusive to Butterfly Network handheld devices, addresses the significant sonographer shortage affecting echocardiography access for hospitalized patients. HeartFocus Link enhances usability by providing real-time probe positioning instructions superimposed on live ultrasound images and supports 10 standard transthoracic views. The product also features automated image recording and real-time quality scoring to aid training, making it available for medical schools and residency programs.
